There are many books to read, but the main one's for finding remedy would be Black's law dictionary 6th Edition. Burton's Legal Thesaurus 4th Edition, Lavine's 1948 Manual on Commercial Law National Edition not the NY CPA edition(hard copies are hard to find, may have to download a digital copy), and the Bible or Scriptures.
Some notes to ponder:

18 Equity will not allow a statute to be used as a cloak for fraud
19 Equity will not allow a trust to fail for want of a trustee
20 Equity regards the beneficiary as the true owner
